Freight Management Holdings Bhd ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders for the following at the forthcoming 23rd Annual General Meeting:

(1) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and
(2) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Share Buy-Back. 

A Circular/ Statement to Shareholders in relation to the above will be sent to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
