Freight Management Holdings Bhd ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders for the following at the forthcoming 22nd Annual General Meeting:

(1) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature;
(2) Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority; and 
(3) Proposed Adoption of New Constitution of the Company.  

A Statement/ Circular to Shareholders in relation to the above will be sent to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
