The Board of Directors of FMHB wishes to announce that the Company has on 24 October 2017 received a nomination letter dated 24 October 2017 from its major shareholder, Mr Chew Chong Keat, nominating Messrs Crowe Horwath as the new auditors of the Company in place of the outgoing auditors, namely Messrs BDO at the Twenty-First Annual General Meeting ("21st AGM") of the Company.

The Proposed Change of Auditors is in line with good corporate governance of revisiting the appointment of the Company's Auditors from time to time. The Proposed Change of Auditors is subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 21st AGM of the Company to be convened.
