We refer to the announcement made by the Company on 8 September 2017 pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa”).

The Company wishes to announce that as at 3 October 2017, the total amount of Recurrent Related Party Transactions ("RRPTs") entered into by TCH Marine Pte Ltd (Registration No. 199205692R), a subsidiary of the Company, with 1st Cornerstone Investment Pte Ltd (Registration No. 200402467R) has exceeded another 10% of the estimated value of transactions as disclosed in the Company's Circular to Shareholders dated 31 October 2016 (“the Circular”).

The estimated value of RRPTs as disclosed in the Circular was RM3,000,000 (“Estimated Value”).

The actual value of the RRPTs transacted, from 29 November 2016, being the date on which the existing mandate was obtained up to 3 October 2017 was RM4,042,718. The details breakdown in relation thereto as follows:-

RM4,042,718 – RM3,343,208 = RM699,510 (i.e. exceed 10% of the Estimated Value)

The increment for the Second Announcement of RM699,510 or 23.317% (i.e. 10% of the Estimated Value of RM3,000,000 i.e. RM300,000) as compared to the actual transaction value disclosed in the First Announcement was a result of more business transactions conducted.
