The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has on 5 June 2017 subscribed for additional 999,999 Ordinary Shares in the capital of Parcel To Post Services Sdn. Bhd. ("PTPS”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company for a total consideration of RM999,999.00. The current issued and paid-up capital of PTPS is RM1,000,000.00.

The additional investment has no material impact on the share capital, earnings, gearing and net assets for the financial year ending 30 June 2017.
