Reference is made to the announcement dated 27 August 2015 and the subsequent announcement on 28 August 2015 in relation to the above matter. Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and acronyms used herein shall be the same as those defined in the previous announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the terms of the Sales and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) dated 27 August 2015 have been fully satisfied and the Proposed Acquisition had been completed.
