The Board of Directors of Freight Management Holdings Bhd ("the Company") wishes to inform that the Company will be seeking the approval of its shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting for the following proposals:-

a) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate and Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature;

b) Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority;

c) Proposed Amendment to the Articles of Association of the Company.

The Circular to Shareholders and Annual Report containing the information on the above proposals will be issued and dispatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
