The Board of Directors of Freight Management Holdings Bhd ["FMHB" or "the Company"] wishes to announce that FM Global Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd (“FMGLMSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has received a notice from Suruhanjaya Pengangkutan Awam Darat (“SPAD”) that SPAD intends to suspend FMGLMSB haulage license with effect from 24 September 2014.

The Board is trying to contact the relevant officers of SPAD for further information and clarification while assessing the implications and/or impact of the notice on the Company.

Once the information is available, further announcement will be made.
