Further to the announcement made on 30 May 2013, we wish to inform that Freight Management Holdings Berhad ["FMHB" or "Company"] has via Icon Line (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd ["ILM"], a wholly-owned subsidiary of FMHB, on 18 October 2013 taken up 465,661 shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) in FM Global Logistics (India) Ptd Ltd ["FMGLI"] representing 51% equity interest in FMGLI at the subscription price of INR4,656,612 (India Rupees Four Million Six Hundred Fifty Six Thousand Six Hundred and Twelve) (equivalent to RM241,606 at the exchange rate of RM1.00 : INR0.052). The balance of 49% equity interest has been subscribed by 1 Global Enterprises Pte. Ltd, the joint venture partner in FMGLI.

Upon the completion of the above allotment FMGLI become 51% owned subsidiary of ILM.
