Reference is made to the announcement made by Freight Management Holdings Bhd ("the Company or FMHB") on 13 August 2013 in relation to the above.

The Board of Directors of FMHB wishes to inform that based on the Company's Record of Depositors as at 23 August 2013 the Company has complied with the public shareholdings spread requirement purusant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The public shareholdings spread of the Company based on the Record of Depositors as at 23 August 2013 is 28.82%.
