We refer to the earlier announcement made on 14 May 2013 in relation to the Quarterly Report for the financial period ended 31 March 2013 in particular Note B9 of the Explanatory Notes to the quarterly results.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Entitlement (Book Closure) date for the interim single tier dividend of 1.5 sen per share, in respect of financial year ending 30 June 2013 will be changed from 28 June 2013 to 10 July 2013 and the dividend payment date will be changed from 15 July 2013 to 17 July 2013. The dividend rate remains unchanged.
