We are please to announced that Freight Management Holdings Bhd has via Citra Multimodal Services Sdn Bhd ("CMS"), a wholly-owned subsidiary incorporated Dependable Global Express Malaysia Sdn Bhd ("DGEXM") under the Companies Act, 1965.

DGEXM is a wholly-owned company of CMS with an initial issued paid-up share capital of RM100.00 comprising 100 ordinary share of RM1.00 each.

DGEXM intends to carry out business as provision of freight services.
