We refer to the announcements dated 24 August 2011, 12 October 2011, 25 October 2011, 31 October 2011 and 20 December 2011 in relation to the Proposed Free Warrants Issue.  

On behalf of the Board of Directors of FMHB, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that FMHB had on 6 January 2012 executed the deed poll constituting the Free Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Free Warrants Issue.
