The Board of Directors of FMGL wishes to inform that the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee of FMGL have been merged into a single Board Committee known as Nomination and Remuneration Committee (“NRC”) with effect from 27 August 2024, aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Board Committee in discharging its duties and responsibilities.

The composition of the NRC is as follows:-

(1) Lau Swee Chin (Independent Non-Executive Director) - Chairperson

(2) Tengku Nurul Azian Binti Tengku Shahriman (Independent Non-Executive Director) - Member

(3) Soh Chin Teck (Independent Non-Executive Director) - Member
