Reference is made to the announcement dated 1 June 2021 in relation to the Bonus Issue.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Freight Management, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad (“CIMB”) wishes to announce that 279,222,415 new Freight Management ordinary shares will be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue and will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 18 June 2021.
The enlarged issued share capital of Freight Management is now RM104,289,706.58 comprising 558,444,830 Freight Management ordinary shares.
