Further to the announcement on 15 November 2010 (Ref No. CU-101111-42358) in respect of the acquisition of shares in Exterian Enterprise Sdn Bhd, the Board of Directors of FMH wishes to furnish the following additional information:-
The highest percentage ratio applicable to the acquisition pursuant to Paragraph 10.02(g) of the Listing Requirements for the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad is 0.9% based on the audited financial statements of the Group for the financial year ended 30 June 2010.
