With reference to the article entitled “Freight Management eyes Asean expansion” which appeared in the Edge Malaysia on Monday, 1 November 2010, the Company wishes to clarify the following statements.
“FMH’s target is to grow the net profit by 12% to 15% this financial year….”. The Company would like to clarify that the expected growth in net profit by 12% to 15% for financial year ending 30 June 2011 is only an internal management target or aspiration set to be achieved by FMH and not an estimate, forecast or projection and has not been audited or reviewed by the external auditors.
