Further to the announcement on 23 June 2010 (Ref No. CU-100623-52869) and 25 June 2010 (Ref No. CK-100625-67936) in respect of the disposal of property, the Board of Directors of FMH is pleased to announce that the disposal of property has been completed on 28 October 2010.

The sale proceeds from the disposal of property of RM5.1 million will be utilized for working capital purpose instead of repayment of loan and working capital of RM4.5 million and RM0.6 million respectively.
