Freight Management Holdings Bhd ("the Company") wishes to inform that the Company will be seeking the approval of its shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting for the following proposals:-

a) Proposed Renewal of and New Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party
Transaction of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and
b) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Proposed Share Buy-Back by the Company
