The Board of Directors of FMH wishes to announce that the Company had on 27 August 2008 incorporated a wholly-owned company limited by shares known as Icon Freight International Inc. in British Virgin Islands. The authorized share capital is USD50,000.00 comprising 50,000 ordinary shares of USD1.00 each and the current paid-up capital is USD100.00. Icon Freight International Inc. is currently dormant and its principal activity is intended to be that of investment holding.
Confirmation of the incorporation of Icon Freight International Inc. was received by the Company on 29 August 2008.
None of the Directors and/or Substantial Shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected with such Directors or Substantial Shareholders has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above incorporation.
The investment has not departed from the Securities Commission's Policies and Guidelines on Issue/Offer of Securities.
