Reference is made to the query from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad dated 30 November 2007 in respect of the news article appearing in the New Straits Times, BIZNEWS, page 44, on Friday, 30 November 2007.
After due enquiry, the Board of Directors of Freight Management Holdings Bhd ("the Company" or "FMH") wishes to furnish the following additional information for public release:-
"FMH is finalising talks to acquire a local air freight company by first quarter next year".
Currently, the management is in discussions with a party on the possibility of acquiring 51% of the paid-up share capital of a local air freight company, subject to due diligence and Board approvals in the coming months. The Board of FMH will make the appropriate announcements as and when requried.

We refer to the above article appearing in New Straits Times, BIZNEWS, page 44,
on Friday, 30 November 2007, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference.
