FMH wishes to inform the Exchange that the Eleventh Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Banyan Room, Ground Floor, Sime Darby Convention Centre, 1A Jalan Bukit Kiara 1, 60000 Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, 29 November 2007 at 10.00 a.m. to transact the ordinary business of the Company.

At the Annual General Meeting, as Special Business, resolutions pertaining to Proposed Renewal of shareholders' Mandate for the Company to enter into Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature, Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Proposed Share Buy-Back by the Company, Authority to allot and issue shares pursuant to Section 132D of the Companies Act, 1965 and Proposed Amendments to the Articles of Association will be tabled.
