Remarks
Mr. Khua Kian Keong was appointed to the Board on 5 January 2007. From his appointment date up to the financial year end on 30 June 2007, there were 2 Board of Directors' Meetings being held where Mr. Khua was unable to attend. Under the Articles of Association and pursuant to paragraph 15.05(3)(c) and (4) of the Listing Requirements ("LR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), Mr. Khua is deemed to have vacated office after the financial year end on 30 June 2007. The Company has immediately on 3 July 2007 made an application to Bursa Securities to seek for waiver under paragraph 15.05(3)(C) and (4) of LR. However, Bursa Securities has rejected the Company's application via its letter dated 13 July 2007 and Mr. Khua hereby vacated his office as Company Director with immediate effect.
